On Windows if you press the Windows Key and then type charmap you can select (and even search) for all the characters in various fonts. From there you can copy and paste into the LinkedIn edit window.

I think you are absolutely right, that you need to first paste into word, then copy and paste into the LinkedIn edit box. I have not had the symbols turn into question marks yet.

Greg, many thanks for taking the time to provide all these symbols!

When I’ve tried to add such symbols by copying and pasting from a Word doc, I haven’t always been successful. As noted in the post, they come up on LinkedIn as question marks (?).

I think people reading this post should give some of these symbols a try. First copy and paste them into a Word doc, and then copy and paste them into your LinkedIn profile.

I’m hoping this will work!
