I have recently put my emphasis on Twitter for two reasons: firstly I find that the new LinkedIn feed is just a jumble of unrelated information that adds little to my knowledge of what is going on in my target areas, and secondly cold contacts do open up to follow/dialogue on Twitter but not so on LinkedIn.
