Thank you for commenting, Shelley. I would say that having a poor quality actual headshot would be much better than using a cartoon or caricature. My concern is that an image that is not the actual person can cause people to think your profile isn’t legit, and that may kick you out of the running.

While something is better than nothing, people want to see you.
